Your added value as a Telephonist/Receptionist:
As Telephonist/Receptionist you are the first contact for our external callers and visitors, but also for your colleagues worldwide. With pleasure, you contribute to ensure that this process runs professionally. Competences, such as customer orientation, flexibility and pro activity, are a considerable part of your job. You have an important role in making the Reception the service center for all customers (internal/external).
Your role includes:
Your background as Telephonist/Receptionist:
- Being the first contact for visiting and calling customers (internal/external);
- Supporting the Personal Assistant;
- Overall responsibility for meeting- and waiting rooms;
- Sort out, handle and/or distribute incoming (e-)mail;
- Handling various administrative and secretarial tasks.
You enjoy the challenge of working in an international environment where flexibility is encouraged. You are clear and concise in your communication. You are independent, but also a team player and your communicative skills are excellent. You keep calm in stressful situations. You have an eye for detail and you excel in planning. You have a representative and professional attitude and appearance, are enthusiastic and reliable.

Your talent, work ethic and energy are rewarded with:
- An MBO secretarial degree, level 3 or similar;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and Outlook;
- Fluent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages (speaking and writing), German is a plus;
