As an ICT Service and Support Specialist, you are in the midst of all operational IT servicing, not only from a technical perspective, but also from a service perspective.
In this role, you will not only put your technical knowledge into practice, but you will also be actively involved in advising our employees on available IT solution. You will work with our internal and external teams to get the optimal IT services delivered, and will monitor their usage and performance. Your technical skills will also be required for first line support activities, which cannot be done remotely by our IT Service Partner.
You ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure and collaborate with users, internal IT groups, and external vendors. Your role includes managing the various IT service requests, creating and maintaining the IT service portal, providing first-level technical support on site, and running our IT asset management. You'll play a key part in maintaining high user satisfaction and continuous improvement of our IT support processes and costs, by offering proactive technical support and coordinating IT service delivery.
Your Profile
We are looking for motivated candidates with at least Bachelor level in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields. You have good and in-depth knowledge of relevant and actual ICT infrastructure technologies, which include hardware, Microsoft modern workplace, infrastructure technologies, telecommunication components and Microsoft Office 365 automation techniques. You are preferably experienced in operating the ITIL based service management framework. Furthermore you have strong customer service orientation, result orientation, creative problem solving skills and you have good communication skills which means fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
