Meet your team
As an assistant to our relationship manager student residence, you will actively support all day-to-day activities of the community office. All our first year students live on our student residence, which is operated by our third-party partner Holland2Stay. Living with 400 fellow-students provides a rich environment for learning, but also calls for clear rules and regulations.
The relationship manager is the person who liaises between Holland2Stay and our school, on both the strategic as well as on the operational side of business. Together, we safeguard the wellbeing of all our students, making sure the high levels of our learning environment are maintained.
The way that our students live on campus is graded and is an official part of our curriculum. In order to support and assess the hospitality behaviour, we are looking for an assistant to support in the day-to-day activities. This involves presence on the student residence, having supportive and corrective conversations with our students and taking care of the related administrative duties. A bachelor level will be helpful to fulfil this position.

A position between 0.6 – 0.8 FTE depending on your availability, in a salary scale awarded depending on your qualifications and experience at level 8, with a maximum of € 4.208,14 gross per month when appointed full-time.
To this is added holiday allowance (8%) and a fixed year-end bonus (8.3%), a generous number of holidays, professionalization and employability hours and a complete offer to work vitally and with pleasure.
This will be a temporary position from December 1 2024 until August 15, 2025.
